We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Tutor to join our team. If you have a passion for helping students excel in their studies, this flexible role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on their academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional one-on-one tutoring sessions, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the subject matter.

- Develop customised lesson plans and teaching materials that align with the national curriculum and cater to the unique learning needs of each student.

- Assess and regularly monitor the progress of your students, adjusting your teaching methods to maximise their learning outcomes.

- Create a positive and engaging learning environment that motivates students to excel.

- Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians to provide feedback on student progress and address any concerns.

- Keep accurate records of tutoring sessions and student performance.

Qualifications:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.

- Previous experience as a tutor, particularly at the GCSE level, is highly desirable.

- Strong knowledge and expertise in GCSE-level Maths and English, with the ability to teach other subjects being a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to helping students achieve their academic goals.

- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual learning needs of each student.

Working Hours:

The working hours for this position are flexible and can be tailored to your availability. Whether you're seeking full-time or part-time work, we can accommodate your schedule. The role includes 1 to 2 hours of planning time per student, depending on the length of tutoring sessions.
