You do not need to have had teacher training to start teaching in FE. BSDC can support you to become a qualified teacher as part of the job and you could even be eligible for an FE initial teacher education (ITE) bursary to support your pre-service training in mathematics.

Applicants should be qualified to, or willing to work towards, Level 2 English and Maths. Evidence of qualifications is required.
