Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Job Overview:
Our client is seeking 5 dedicated and compassionate Patient Services Advisors to join their team, starting on the 2nd of September. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in providing excellent support and service to patients, while enjoying a competitive hourly rate and generous holiday package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming patient inquiries and provide accurate, helpful information.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records efficiently.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection standards.
Training:
- Initial Training: Monday 2nd September, 8:00 am 4:30 pm (4 weeks)
- Comprehensive training provided to ensure you are well-equipped to excel in your role.
Shifts:
- Post-Training: Rotating shifts between 8:00 am 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Flexibility in shift times is essential to meet the needs of the patients.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Previous experience in a similar role or healthcare setting is an advantage.
- Must be available to start on the 2nd of September and commit to the full training period.
