Location:Burton on trent

Pay Rate: £12.05 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Holidays: 25 days holiday + bank holidays (when pernmanent)

Job Overview:

Our client is seeking 5 dedicated and compassionate Patient Services Advisors to join their team, starting on the 2nd of September. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in providing excellent support and service to patients, while enjoying a competitive hourly rate and generous holiday package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming patient inquiries and provide accurate, helpful information.
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient records efficiently.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection standards.

Training:

  • Initial Training: Monday 2nd September, 8:00 am 4:30 pm (4 weeks)
  • Comprehensive training provided to ensure you are well-equipped to excel in your role.

Shifts:

  • Post-Training: Rotating shifts between 8:00 am 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Flexibility in shift times is essential to meet the needs of the patients.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or healthcare setting is an advantage.
  • Must be available to start on the 2nd of September and commit to the full training period.
