As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will be expected to:
- Deliver engaging lessons in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Manage the classroom and ensure students remain focused on their learning.
- Follow school policies and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Provide feedback on student progress to the regular teaching staff.
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Meet GSL’s safer recruitment background checks.
- Hold a valid Enhanced Child DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
- Be adaptable, professional, and passionate about education.
