Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
- Assisting with classroom management and student supervision.
- Working with small groups or one-to-one with students to enhance learning.
- Preparing classroom materials and setting up resources.
- Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) where required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is desirable but not essential.
- A genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings.
