This role offers hybrid working of 4 days office and 1 day home per week.

Description

The role of People Manager is a fast-paced and varied role, you will oversee a small HR team providing all generalist HR support for a large headcount at a busy distribution site.

This will include but not limited to:

  • Leading and motivating the Human Resources team
  • Developing effective HR strategies and initiatives
  • Guide and advice stakeholders on all HR matters
  • Overseeing the management of employee relations
  • Implementing training and development plans
  • Managing recruitment processes
  • Evaluating performance and productivity

Profile

Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar HR Manager position.
