Description

The role of People Manager is a fast-paced and varied role, you will oversee a small HR team providing all generalist HR support for a large headcount at a busy distribution site.

This will include but not limited to:

Leading and motivating the Human Resources team
Developing effective HR strategies and initiatives
Guide and advice stakeholders on all HR matters
Overseeing the management of employee relations
Implementing training and development plans
Managing recruitment processes
Evaluating performance and productivity

Profile
