Sonic Summary

The position is for a Software Delivery Manager based in Derbyshire, offering hybrid working on a 6-12 month contract.
The role pays £65 per hour and is classified as outside IR35.
Candidates should have experience in managing C++ Software Development projects, particularly in safety-critical industries.
The ideal applicant will have experience working to SIL 2 standards and familiarity with Cyber Security requirements.

Main responsibilities:

Manage the entire software development lifecycle from inception to completion

Producing a detailed software schedule to manage software deliverables in line with project programme

Manage software release for testing with the Test Engineers

Skills and Experience required:

Experience in Software Management
Experienced in C++ Software Development
Experience or familiarity with Cyber Security requirements.
Experienced working to SIL 2 (safety integrity level)
Safety critical industry experience involving software projects
Proven experience in assisting in reviews & audits of design/construction activities, monitoring safety and management systems
