This position is for a Finance Stock Controller who will primarily be responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of stock and ensuring accurate reporting within an industrial/manufacturing setting. The role is based in Malvern and is a permanent position.

Description

  • Maintain accurate records of all inventory, including keeping track of all stock movements and adjustments.
  • Deliver monthly stock reports for management review.
  • Participate in the annual stock take and reconciliation process.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing and operations teams to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Assist in the development of stock control procedures and policies.
  • Identify and report any stock discrepancies to management.
  • Use financial systems to input, update and maintain stock data.
  • Provide support to the wider finance team as required.

Profile

A successful Finance Stock Controller should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and databases.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
