They are ideally looking for a Solicitor, but will also consider Paralegals with solid Private Client working experience, who is looking to qualify as a Solicitor. This would be a great opportunity for someone in Private Client to take the next step in their career.This role will involve handling a varied caseload of Private Client files so prior experience handling your own files is essential for this position. The caseload will include Wills, Probate, Estate Administration and Trusts but not LPA.The vacancy is open to qualified Solicitors within Private Client at various levels from NQ up to Senior, as well as Paralegals with good Private Client experience who are looking to qualify, and there is a competitive salary on offer that is dependent on level of experience. It is based in Burton upon Trent and will be office based.
