- Provide general support and administration to the busy sales office, answering phone, dealing with customer queries and orders, and general administration.
- Provide ad-hoc reports to the sales team and others based on information extracted from the NAV system.
- Enter forecast demand information received from customers into NAV system.
- Ensure accuracy of supplier order information – lead times ETAs etc.
- Maintain inventory information – MOQ’s, lead times, order multiples.
- Place orders on supplier based on agreed purchase requirements.
- Liaise with Far East office on the processing and tracking of orders.
- Work with the Office Manager to maintain accurate information on suppliers, including costing spreadsheets and price comparisons.
- Previous administration experience.
- Strong excel skills.
