**HOT JOB OF THE WEEK** Are you a strong Administrator who has a good work ethic and a can do attitude. Due to progression my client has a vacancy for a Office Assistant based in Burton on Trent. This role is very varied so requires a candidate that is flexible and adaptable and has a good knowledge of Excel.Working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm with a hour lunch each day. Excellent salary of between £22 - £24,000 depending on experience.Key Duties Office Administration
  • Provide general support and administration to the busy sales office, answering phone, dealing with customer queries and orders, and general administration.
  • Provide ad-hoc reports to the sales team and others based on information extracted from the NAV system.
Purchasing
  • Enter forecast demand information received from customers into NAV system.
  • Ensure accuracy of supplier order information – lead times ETAs etc.
  • Maintain inventory information – MOQ’s, lead times, order multiples.
  • Place orders on supplier based on agreed purchase requirements.
  • Liaise with Far East office on the processing and tracking of orders.
Supplier Management
  • Work with the Office Manager to maintain accurate information on suppliers, including costing spreadsheets and price comparisons.
Experience
  • Previous administration experience.
  • Strong excel skills.
  • Previous ERP system experience
