Assistant Site Manager - Burton-upon-Trent

Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to oversee a housing project in Burton on Trent.

1 week cover starting this Monday - 1/ July 2024 - 5/ July 2024

Responsibilities: 

• You will be undertaking and setting out duties
• Supervision of teams on a day to day basis and liaising with company superiors.
• Management of trades & labour on site
• Holding site meetings
• Ensuring build programmes & schedules are met
• Ensuring all health & safety is carried out to a high level

Requirements: 

• Site management experience
• Attention to detail
• Demonstrate strong communication skills
• IT skills
• Valid UK Driving Licence
• Experiences 

Qualifications: 

• SMSTS
• CSCS CARD
• First Aid at Work
