Technical Service Engineer required for our client, a world-leading manufacturer of air & water pump systems for commercial, residential, and agricultural use who have their UK offices based just outside Derby.
Technical Service Engineer Position Remuneration
- Salary 30,000 - 35,000, negotiable depending on experience
- 33 days holiday, including bank holidays

The successful Technical Service Engineer will be joining an established team that support both on-site engineers and sub-contractors by preparing quotations for a range of works including installations and remedial works, along with assisting key account contacts with technical support and answering any questions relating to the companies product range.
The role will be based in Burton-upon-Trent, and will have the option of hybrid-working after a probationary period. The ideal Technical Service Engineer will come from an M&E engineering background, with previous experience dealing directly with clients on a technical support level, and any experience within the pumps/water industry will be highly desirable.
Technical Service Engineer Position Requirements
- Good technical knowledge of the mechanical engineering industry, either through hands-on technical experience, or previous experience working in an office-based technical support position
- Any experience with products such as pumps, valves, heating, ventilation, fire systems, or any other HVAC and/or electrical equipment desirable
- Strong communication skills, via telephone calls and emails.
- Previous experience using CRM systems preferred
- Based within a commutable distance of Burton-upon-Trent
