I am looking for a Repairs Surveyor who can carry out damp and mould surveys to work for a housing association in Staffordshire. You will be responsible for carrying out inspections of properties within social housing and occasionally oversee a small team of contractors.The Repairs Surveyor will get benefits such as hybrid working and business mileage.

This is an initial 3 month contract with opportunity for extension or permanent employment.

Repairs Surveyor responsibilities:
  • Prepare and carry out diagnostic inspections, surveys & technical reports in accordance with Group practice. Providing accurate technical advice with competent & thorough surveys/post-inspections.
  • Deliver an effective & efficient Repairs & Maintenance service in regards to damp and mould.

Repairs Surveyor essential:
  • Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3 or relevant trade experience
  • Knowledge of the Social Housing Sector and awareness of its regulations
  • Experience within surveying
  • Knowledge of damp, mould and disrepair
