TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to add a Stock Condition Surveyor to their team based in Burton on Trent.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carry out stock condition surveys on social housing properties including kitchens, bathrooms and HHSRS.
- Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.
- Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms.
- RDSAPassessments.
About the Role:
Immediate start!
- Surveys are carried out on a asset management software tablet devices will be provided.
- Carry out 6-10 completed surveys per day
- Induction provided to use the software.
- 2,500 surveysto complete.
- Outside IR 35
