You'll be at the forefront of identifying, assessing, and managing risks while ensuring compliance with internal and external controls. Your expertise will help safeguard operations and support our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of risk management frameworks
- Conduct risk assessments and control reviews to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective risk controls
- Prepare reports on risk trends and present findings to senior leadership
- Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices
Ideal candidate:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to think critically and make well-informed decisions
- Experience in risk management or internal controls (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits:
- Salary between £29,000 - £37,000
- Hybrid Working (1/2 days a week in the office)
- Up to 20% bonus
- 6% pension
