Our Client based in the Burton on Trent area are looking for Mechanical Fitters( ideally from HGV/Plant background) with Gearbox and Transmission experience

The role of the Mechanical Fitter is to build transmission and sub-assembly to a high standard.

Responsibilities

Understanding of vehicle mechanical interfaces and repairs of vehicle components

* Able to install and repair * Fault find and diagnostic investigation work* Mechanical knowledge * Repairing or replacing parts, old and new.* Understand and follow drawings* Work to company safety

Subject to a Drugs & Alcohol test
