Job Overview

We're recruiting a part-time Band 6 Community Occupational Therapist to join the Dementia Team in Telford or Shrewsbury. This 12-week role is 22.5 hours per week (days discussed at interview) with mileage reimbursed at 40p/mile.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver OT assessments and interventions

  • Provide support and guidance to MDT

  • Manage a community caseload independently

  • Participate in team duties and collaborate with families/carers

  • Communicate effectively and work autonomously under supervision

Requirements
  • HCPC registered Occupational Therapist

  • Experience in mental health and community work

  • Car driver with access to vehicle

  • Strong communication and time management skills

  • Available for immediate start
