Job Overview

We're recruiting a part-time Band 6 Community Occupational Therapist to join the Dementia Team in Telford or Shrewsbury. This 12-week role is 22.5 hours per week (days discussed at interview) with mileage reimbursed at 40p/mile.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver OT assessments and interventions
Provide support and guidance to MDT
Manage a community caseload independently
Participate in team duties and collaborate with families/carers
Communicate effectively and work autonomously under supervision

Requirements

HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
Experience in mental health and community work
Car driver with access to vehicle
Strong communication and time management skills
Available for immediate start
