Description

  • Support HR team in day-to-day operations
  • Handle HR-related documentation and records
  • Participate in HR projects
  • Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Assist our recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes
  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues

Profile

A successful HR Administrator should have:

  • An academic background in Human Resources or related field
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
