- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
- Keeping the kitchen and pot wash clean, while adhering to health & hygiene regulations.
- Ensuring that all crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment is cleaned efficiently and correctly.
- Making sure that the pot wash area is safe and any chemicals used are used correctly.
- Previous experience working in a similar environment is beneficial but not essential.
- The ability to work well in a busy environment.
- A good Knowledge into health & safety regulations.
