Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
Keeping the kitchen and pot wash clean, while adhering to health & hygiene regulations.
Ensuring that all crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment is cleaned efficiently and correctly.
Making sure that the pot wash area is safe and any chemicals used are used correctly.

Requirements:

Previous experience working in a similar environment is beneficial but not essential.
The ability to work well in a busy environment.
A good Knowledge into health & safety regulations.
