Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 15:30
Call-out Rota: 1 in 4, £175 (1.5x time)

Our Client are seeking a Commercial Plumber to join their team on a crucial site in Burton upon Trent. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dedicated team with great prospects for career development and progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Handling minor installation and small works projects.
- Maintaining and repairing building systems and services as required.
- Working within a team of 3, ensuring a high standard of maintenance is met.
- Client-facing interaction, though client presence on site is minimal.
- Working in line with agreed service levels (Medium SLAs).
Qualifications and Skills:
- City and Guilds Level 2 in either Plumbing or Electrical.

- Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum.
