As the Electrical Inspector, you will be:
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of Planned and Programmed installation and maintenance contracts in regard to EICR's and electrical rewires, ensuring that compliance, efficiency and high standards are maintained.
- Monitor electrical contractor / contract performance, ensuring programmes are adhered to and targets are met.
- Review Electrical Certification (DEICR, DEIC) in conjunction with validation of contractors claims for payment.
- Undertake site inspections of works in progress, giving advice and assistance to customers ensuring a degree of tenant satisfaction with the service provided.
Qualifications and experience required for this Electrical Inspector role:
- Experience working within a social housing setting in a similar role.
- Knowledge of EICR reporting and all electrical servicing and surveying.
- SSSTS (or SMSTS), 2391 Testing and Inspection, Health and Safety Awareness.
