My Client who are a leading manufacturer within their field are seeking an experienced Quality Inspection Team Leader to join their team due to continued growth and expansion.
You will be responsible for a team of inspectors and be the main point of contact between customer site and manufacturing.
Quality Inspection Team Leader Requirements:
- Experience working within automotive manufacturing
- Experience dealing with customers / clients and negotiating
- Experience identifying issues and raising to senior management
- Arabic as a second language (desirable)
- Experience with MS Office/ Excel
Quality Inspector Team Leader Duties:
- Managing a team of inspectors to identify and resolve quality issues
- Coordinating with the customer to ensure any issues claimed on the customer line are contained and resolved promptly
- Participation on daily customer meetings to provide updates and gather feedback: Details of quantity checked / quantity rejected / overview of issues
- Daily Communication with the customer to decide on rejected parts
- Providing detailed daily reports
- Details of issues detected during the incoming inspection / Details of issues detected in customer line
- Ensuring that quality check procedures are completely followed
