Role Overview: As a Junior/Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a vital role in our project management team, actively contributing to the success of each project through sound decision-making and collaborative efforts. This position presents an exceptional opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a nurturing environment, working on a diverse range of projects from industrial buildings to intricate aircraft hangars.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in analysing budget vs. cost dynamics using ERP data.
  • Provide support in overseeing time, labor, and expenditure across various project aspects.
  • Contribute to the creation of weekly reports, offering insights into commercial landscapes.
  • Collaborate on risk management and cost control initiatives throughout project lifecycles.
  • Learn and provide advice on contractual matters, ensuring compliance with legal and quality standards.
  • Uphold our core values of safety, environmental responsibility, and teamwork.

Key Experience:

  • Eagerness to learn and develop in a similar role, estimating, commercial assistant, quantity surveying at least 2 years experience
  • While construction experience is beneficial, attitude and approach are paramount.
  • Additional credentials are welcomed but enthusiasm and drive are highly valued and some cases more important
