- A basic salary of £25,000 plus commission OTE of £30,000

Lettings Negotiator – Duties

To work with the lettings team to achieve targets, dealing with legal documentation ensuring that all tenancies are compliant
- Play your part in helping to build the brand in the local marketplace.
- Dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries, providing high levels of customer service at all times.
- Carrying out viewings and obtaining feedback
- Negotiating new tenancies with landlords and tenants.
- Process move ins, working with the property management team ensuring that properties have been prepared for move in.
- Ensuring a smooth hand over of keys and that tenants
- Maintain regular communications with both landlord and tenant through the process, ensuring a quality working relationship is fostered and maintained.
Lettings Negotiator – Experience Needed
- Experience within a similar Lettings Negotiator role is advantageous
- Great Sales / Customer Service experience.
- Previous experience of using Microsoft office packages
- You must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle
