Property ManagerPertemps are recruiting for a motivated and experienced property manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the day – day operations and management of residential and/or commercial properties within their portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills and a passion for developing exceptional customer service.Full Time, A structured working week: - Week 1: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm -Week 2: Four weekdays, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, and Saturday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm (enjoy a day off in the week)Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 DOE + commission.Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in property management, leasing.
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft office suite.
  • Possession of a full driving license
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Empathetic and able to build positive relationships.
  • Skilled negotiator with a minimum of two years’ experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting and collecting rent and other fees from tenants
  • Conducting property valuations
  • Managing property finances, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely tax payments
  • Overseeing staff employed on the property.
  • Ensuring regular building upkeep, addressing tenant complaints, and coordinating repairs and maintenance services
  • Handling building inspections for prospective tenants or buyers.
  • Managing tenant screenings and evictions
  • Enforcing occupancy rules
  • Preparing regular property-status reports for stakeholders
  • Advertising units and negotiating lease terms
  • Coordinating maintenance schedules with the Maintenance Coordinator
