- Experience in property management, leasing.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft office suite.
- Possession of a full driving license

- Skilled negotiator with a minimum of two years’ experience.
- Setting and collecting rent and other fees from tenants
- Conducting property valuations
- Managing property finances, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely tax payments
- Overseeing staff employed on the property.
- Ensuring regular building upkeep, addressing tenant complaints, and coordinating repairs and maintenance services
- Handling building inspections for prospective tenants or buyers.
- Managing tenant screenings and evictions
- Enforcing occupancy rules
- Preparing regular property-status reports for stakeholders
- Advertising units and negotiating lease terms
- Coordinating maintenance schedules with the Maintenance Coordinator
