UK RENTAL MANAGER
SWADLINCOTE£60,000 - £65,000 PLUS BONUS, PRIVATE MEDICAL CARE, PENSIONMONDAY - FRIDAY 40HOURS
A market leading business are actively seeking a new UK Rental Manager. This is a fantastic oportunity for an experienced and driven Rental Manager to support the growth of this division. This is a key appointment within this business, and they are looking for an individual who can elevate this division to the next level.Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain existing customer relationships and develop opportunities to increases revenue
- Take ownership for quality, environmental, health and safety including compliance obligation to reach company requirements and expectations.
- Driving continuous improvement to progress towards operational excellence
- Maintain accurate and current records for customers calls made
- Secure the maximum amount of revenue from customers for services performed at their request
- Ensuring customers are charged at current rates for all damage to our equipment for which they are responsible *
- Ensure all the department are aware of their responsibility, what they are accountable for
- Responsible for the operational and financial performance of the department
- Securing the maximum of transport revenue from collections and deliveries in line with the company's charges
Required Skills & Experience
- Mangement Experience
- Knowledge of the Rental Industry
- Any relevant qualifications
