We're now on the lookout for someone who lives and breathes quality customer service and can provide an outstanding on-site recruitment service to our Burton client.
Our whole team put the needs of our clients and candidates at the heart of their work, ensuring vacancies are filled and compliance standards are met.
As an On-Site Consultant, you're responsibility will be to work closely, in partnership, with our client at their manufacturing facility to ensure an efficient and highly organised approach to achieving their temporary industrial resourcing needs. Our client operates a shift pattern from Sunday night to Friday afternoon for circa 100 temporary ethero workers. It is a food manufacturer who provide free parking and a subsidized canteen.
Key role and responsibilities:
Planning and organising worker allocations;
Advertising vacancies;
Resourcing & interviewing candidates;
Updating the recruitment system;
Conducting worker inductions and check ins;
Working at pace to meet deadlines;
Ensuring outstanding quality and adherence to our compliance procedures;
Supporting the wider ethero team and alternative clients as reasonably required.
Minimum requirements:
Good English communication, written & verbal;
Great customer service;
High accuracy and attention to detail;
IT literate to include Microsoft office packages;
Ability to remain professional under pressure;
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills;
A team player;
Positive attitude to completing tasks to a high quality;
Full UK driving licence and own transport required.
