Our client a well-known shipping company, who offers a personalised shipping service with a focus on refrigerated services across the world, are seeking a full-time on-site, Road Account Manager based in Burton Upon Trent. Offering a salary of up to 30,000 per annum depending on experience.

What will you be doing?

The role involves managing the day-to-day road freight operations, coordinating shipments, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining customer relationships. The Road Account Managers play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth transportation of goods and provide exceptional service to clients.

• You will have some experience in road freight operations and logistics management
• Have the knowledge of shipping regulations and procedure.
• You will have exceptional customer service and communication skills
• You will have the ability to multitask and prioritise your workload effectively and efficiently.
• You will be a problem-solver and have strong decision-making abilities.
• You will have great attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• You will be proficient in MS Office and shipping software
