Greenwell Gleeson are working exclusively with an exciting SME business based in Burton-On-Trent to recruit a Sales Ledger who can work alongside an experienced team and report into the Finance Controller.The RoleRevenue Generation & Billing:Invoicing process, overseeing rental recharge billing and ensuring that all invoicing is completed accurately and on time. You'll play a key role in managing purchase orders and handling customer interactions, from addressing enquiries to providing weekly and monthly billing updates.Bank Reconciliations & Cash Allocation:You'll manage all cash allocations efficiently, ensuring that funds are processed correctly and in a timely manner.Audit Preparation & Fleet Audits:You will prepare all vehicle documentation for funder auditors, ensuring that everything is in order and compliant with requirements.Supporting Financial Reporting:You'll assist with the preparation of financial statements and monthly management accounts. You'll also contribute to general ledger maintenance, ensuring that all transactions are recorded and reconciled, supporting the overall financial health of the business.Customer Relationship Management:As the go-to person for invoicing queries, you'll manage customer relationships, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
