Progress Teachers are working closely with a Mainstream Junior School in the Burton-upon-Trent area to source a part time skilled administrator/receptionist to begin in June covering Maternity leave expected to be 1 year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
- Maintain accurate student records and databases using school management systems.
- Utilise various school systems, including but not limited to Arden, Class Charts, BromCom, School Money, IRIS (for parent texting), Microsoft Teams, High Level, HCSS Budgets Access Education Suite, I-Risk, SIMS, and CPOMS.
- Assist in coordinating school events and activities.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support the smooth functioning of the school.
