I am working with a fantastic organisation that specialises in providing homes, services, and innovation to some of the most disadvantaged communities across the country. They are committed to delivering the very best service, and they need your help to continue making a positive impact.
Salary and Benefits
For your dedication and hard work, you will receive a salary of 23,500, plus an additional sleep in and waking night allowance. Other benefits include, a generous annual leave allowance, ongoing progression and pay reviews, and much more!
Overview of the Role
I am actively seeking applications from Crisis Recovery Workers to join an outstanding mental health charitable provider within their Lincoln based crisis recovery service.
You will be a key member of a 24/7 service that supports adults who are in crisis due to a decline in their mental health.
You will work within a small team, providing support using the therapeutic intervention model for the people who utilise the service. You will work with clients to develop and deliver "client led" recovery, which will promote control and maximise independence.
You will also be required to liaise with external agencies, including voluntary providers, to promote access to a wide range of activities and resources.
Important Considerations
- Shift Flexibility: You will need to be flexible to complete all shifts before starting the position, if you are unable to provide that consistency and flexibility, you will not be considered for this role
- Physical & Mental Demands: The role is both physically and mentally demanding. Candidates must be able to manage the challenges of working with individuals in difficult situations and maintaining resilience in the face of tough working conditions.
Is Your Current Role Related?
We encourage applicants with experience in sectors such as Criminal Justice, Police, Prison & Probation, or Children & Young People's services. If you have worked with ex-offenders, individuals at risk of re-offending, young people or young adults who have experienced gang violence, or care leavers, this role could be a great fit for you.
Interview Process:
- Stage 1 - Shortlisting & Pre-Screening: I will review your CV and, if successful, invite you to a telephone call interview to discuss your experience, eligibility to work, suitability for the role, and any questions you may have.
- Stage 2 - Formal Interview: You will have a formal interview with the hiring manager.
If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals and want a role that challenges you both physically and mentally, apply now! For more information, please call (phone number removed) and ask for Samuel.
