Your Role

As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will:

  • Assess and Diagnose: Conduct comprehensive assessments of communication and/or swallowing difficulties across a diverse caseload.
  • Develop Treatment Plans: Design and implement individualized, evidence-based therapy plans with clear, measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate and Advocate: Work closely with clients, families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach.
  • Monitor and Document Progress: Keep detailed, accurate records of treatment and progress, using data to adapt and refine interventions.
  • Contribute to Team Excellence: Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and contribute ideas to enhance service delivery.
