As a Commercial Planner – International, you'll be at the heart of our international supply chain, ensuring seamless delivery across wholesale models that support our thriving International, Franchise, and B2E businesses. With a direct impact on our fulfilment operations, you'll collaborate with teams across the business to drive efficiency, reduce lead times, and scale our operations to match the growing demands of global markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end fulfilment process across international wholesale supply chains, enhancing efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across commercial, logistics, and finance teams to ensure alignment and operational excellence.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Develop and maintain data-driven insights to support financial and operational decision-making.
- Resolve fulfilment challenges with innovative, technical, and data-oriented solutions.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to reduce lead times and optimise service levels.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure seamless collaboration across departments.
- Actively contribute to strategic planning and implementation of company-wide initiatives.
Location: Hybrid, with 2 days office presence per week in Burton (can be a combination of Burton and Nuneaton if required but Burton presence at least once a week).
The Person:
- Inventory Management: Knowledge of inventory control, demand forecasting, and warehouse management systems.
- Experienced in Excel – dashboard creation, data modeling, data validation, pivot tables etc
- Matrix Management - Experience working in an organisational structure where employees report to multiple managers, typically both a functional manager and a project manager, enhancing flexibility, communication, and collaboration.
- Market Dynamics: Insight into global market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Process Improvement: Proven track record of implementing process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Vendor Management: Experience in managing relationships with third-party logistics providers, suppliers, and other partners.
