The role

In this key position you will liaise with in-house teams, contractors, and customers, undertaking both pre and post inspection of works. You’ll complete surveys for defects and repairs within properties ranging from DMC related works to structural defects.

You’ll carry out quality inspections on completed works and assist with the preparation and delivery of Planned and Programmed maintenance contracts. An excellent understanding of health and safety, good attention to detail and customer service skills are therefore essential.

To join our team you will need to....

  • Be educated to a minimum of National Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent in building construction

  • Have an understanding of responsive repairs, voids works, planned and cyclical repairs requirements.

  • Have strong organisational and problem solving skills

  • Ideally have an awareness of regulatory legislation and HHSRS standards
