Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Residential Surveyor to conduct Level 1 and 2 Surveys in the Derby and Burton areas.
This is a full-time position with a salary starting at £50,000 and additional benefits.
The role includes coverage for RICS fees, CPD, and provision of necessary equipment.
Candidates must have prior experience as a Residential Surveyor and hold VRS certification.
A full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle are also required for this position.

We are currently looking for a Residential Surveyor to join our clients, an independent practice, to carry out Level 1 and 2 Surveys and subsequent reports, primarily in the Derby and Burton areas.

Working hours:

As a Residential Surveyor you’ll be required to work Full Time

To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role you must have:

Experience as a Residential Surveyor
VRS
Ability to carry out Level 1 and 2 Surveys
Full UK driving license and access to own car
