Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Residential Surveyor to join an independent practice in the Derby and Burton areas.
The position requires full-time work and offers a salary of £50,000 or more.
Successful candidates will have their RICS fees paid, receive CPD, and be provided with necessary equipment.
Candidates must have experience as a Residential Surveyor and hold VRS certification.
A full UK driving license and access to a car are also required for this role.

We are currently looking for a Residential Surveyor to join our clients, an independent practice, to carry out Level 1 and 2 Surveys and subsequent reports, primarily in the Derby and Burton areas.

Working hours:

As a Residential Surveyor you’ll be required to work Full Time

To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role you must have:

Experience as a Residential Surveyor
VRS
Ability to carry out Level 1 and 2 Surveys
Full UK driving license and access to own car
