Our client is a well established and highly reputable business based in Burton-on-Trent allied to the construction industry. They presently have a great opportunity for a Hire Controller to join their team to carry out the following duties:
- Point of contact for all internal and external customers
- Processing Hire & Sales orders from initial order through to final return
- Administration support for contracts
- Check stock availability
- Check transport availability
- Process both on and off hire sales orders through the computer system
- Process equipment returns
- Ensure all project admin is up to date
The ideal person for this role will have a background in customer service, hire or sales coordination preferably in a construction or other related industry. You will also be the sort of person that thrives in a fast paced environment and demonstrates good attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
