Due to this they are searching for a Team Leader to oversee their Customer Service Coordinator's.The day to day of this role will involve supervising the Service team of 8 people, delegating work, ensuring KPIs are hit, attending meetings, overseeing holiday request and absences, providing admin support to the sales team, developing professional relationships with customers, taking hire and sales enquiries via phone and email, checking the availability of equipment and transport, processing hire and sale orders through Inspire and more. The ideal candidate for this role would be Hire Desk Manager/Service Controller from a rental background or an individual with customer service and leadership experience within a busy environment who is used to working at a desk, inputting data, being organised and communiacting with cpolleagues.
