UX/UI Designer

Burton Upton Trent (Hybrid - 2/3)

If you’re looking to join an ecommerce business that’s a leader in its sector and get a real opportunity to redesign and improve their high traffic website then this role could be for you.

In line with growth plans, UX and UI design is coming in house and with sales now 50% up in 2024 it’s time to build out a dedicated design function. They’re a data led company with one of the leading ecommanalytics teams in the UK and put research and testing at the heart of their design.

You’ll be a pivotal part of the digital team and work with senior stakeholders in the business, turning requirements into brilliant designs. You’ll take ownership over the website and implement your ideas making data-led UX decisions.

There’s plenty of scope to develop and grow in this role with the chance to ultimately add more designers to the team. This role would suit a mid-level or senior-level designer looking to take ownership over the design of a leading website.

Core Skills

  • Any eCommerceUX design experience
  • A/B testing experience
  • Confident using a variety of design tools -Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
  • Ability to create detailed prototypes and wireframes.
  • Experience of working with senior stakeholders and taking then delivering on requirements
