At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for warehouse operatives to work with a leading retailer in the Barton-Under-Needwood area. You will be provided with full training by our client enabling you to work across a variety of departments. We have a friendly onsite team to assist you in your role and we provide some excellent benefits such as a staff shop offering up to 65% discount and a canteen.
Shift Patterns:
- Rotating shifts:06:50AM - 14:50PM / 14:50PM - 22:50PM
- Fixed AM shift: 06:50AM - 14:50PM
- Fixed PM shift: 14:50PM - 22:50PM
Pay Rates :
- Rotating shift: £12.00 basic pay / £15.00 overtime
- Fixed AM shift: £11.60 basic pay / £14.50 overtime
- Fixed PM shift: £12.43 basic pay / £15.54 overtime
** You will receive an increase after 12 weeks **
As a Warehouse Operative you will need to have:
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work across both the morning and afternoon shift
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Reliability and dependability
Role of a Warehouse Operative:
- Order picking products for Argos
- Packing products and orders to be sent to stores
- Receiving and sorting returned stock
- Loading and unloading containers
- Put away process
