The Warehouse Operative position offers full-time shifts available five days a week, with various shift times including Sunday to Thursday and Monday to Friday options.
The pay rate starts at £11.50 per hour for the first 12 weeks, increasing to £12.00 per hour, while night shifts begin at £11.92 per hour and rise to £12.42 after the initial period.
Key responsibilities include picking orders, stock replenishment, stock checking, and maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse, with adherence to health and safety regulations.
Experience is preferred, but all necessary training will be provided on-site, and candidates are expected to demonstrate good attendance and flexibility in their roles.
This role also offers overtime at a rate of x1.5 for hours worked over 40, along with onsite amenities such as a canteen and free hot drinks.

Picking – Efficiently assemble orders without error meeting warehouse operative KPI targets
Stock Replenishment
Stock Checking
Maintaining cleanliness throughout the warehouse
Ensure that all site-specific rules and operating practice are always adhered to
Adhere to all aspects of the Company Health & Safety regulations currently in force
Report anything which could be a hazard and report all accidents to your line manager
All training will be provided on site however experience is preferred

Personal Conduct for suitable Warehouse Operative:

Maintain good attendance and time keeping
Maintain a good standard of housekeeping
Report anything which could be a hazard and report all accidents to your line manager
Demonstrate flexibility and co-operation when covering other duties outside of your usual job role
