Company Overview

A well-established hospitality brand is expanding its CRM team and looking for two CRM Developers to support its marketing automation and customer engagement strategy. This role is key to optimizing email and push notification campaigns across multiple brands, ensuring best practices in automation, segmentation, and data management.

The Role

The CRM Developer will be responsible for executing high-impact marketing campaigns while ensuring accuracy, personalization, and segmentation. The role involves coding, automation, and data analysis to drive customer engagement and optimize marketing performance. The ideal candidate will have experience with ESPs such as Braze, Salesforce, or Adobe Campaign and a strong understanding of coding for email and push marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, web, and loyalty channels.
  • Build and optimize automated customer journeys, ensuring campaigns are delivered with accuracy.
  • Work closely with the marketing and CRM teams to create dynamic, personalized campaigns.
  • Ensure segmentation strategies are effectively implemented to improve customer targeting.
  • Maintain and refine existing automation workflows, including abandoned cart campaigns, voucher codes, and welcome journeys.
  • Implement and test HTML, CSS, SQL, and JavaScript for campaign execution and reporting.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve customer engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, product owners, and external agencies to drive CRM initiatives.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Experience working with ESPs such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Campaign.
  • Strong technical skills in HTML, CSS, SQL, and JavaScript for email and push marketing.
  • Proven experience in developing and optimizing automated marketing workflows.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation and personalization strategies.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience working with CDPs and integrating data from multiple sources to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
