Are you an experienced Fabricator Welder looking to join a Global Manufacturing company, based on site in Burton upon Trent. As a Fabricator Welder you will have experience of sheet metal fabrication, as well as TIG welding of Stainless Steel. Offering an hourly rate of £16 - £20 per hour + pension + holidays + a number of other benefits

The Role:
Provide best in class fabrications to the various business sectors within the company's portfolio
Develop and mark out materials for fabrication
Welding using the TIG process
Use a range of machinery within the fabrication process
Assist in site installations when required
Work with colleagues to successfully complete projects
Working Monday to Friday - 37.5hour week
Hourly rate is graded dependant on experience:
£16 per hour - Can perform basic fabrication tasks and be willing to undertake some training
£17 per hour - Experience of fabricating on vessels and tanks or similar
£18-20 per hour -high level competencies across fabrication and welding
Experience:
City and Guilds in Sheet metal work or plating or BTEC Level 2 or 3 in Fabrication & Welding
Experienced sheet metal worker / fabricator / welder / pipefitter
TIG welding experience (MMA and MAG is beneficial)
Able to interpret technical drawings
Ability to adapt to new processes and practices
Display innovative thinking and sharing ideas for continuous improvements
Ability to work independently
Willingness to work hard in a physically demanding environment
Clean Driving Licence
First Aid at work certificate would be advantageous
