Location: Burton Upon Trent
Salary: Up to £52,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 3-shift pattern

Key Responsibilities of an Engineering Technician:

Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Fault finding and troubleshooting on a wide range of machinery and equipment.
Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure line efficiency and output.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement solutions.
Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Contribute to the development and execution of engineering projects.

What We’re Looking For:

A multi-skilled engineer with a strong background in both mechanical and electrical maintenance.
Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is highly desirable.
