Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the month-end process, including cost centre analysis, journal preparation, and performance reporting.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial performance packs to senior stakeholders.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and insightful analysis.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to improve overall business performance.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance financial systems and develop models for strategic decision-making.

About You:

  • Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) with strong management accounting or business partnering experience.
  • Proven track record in delivering results within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience handling complex data.
  • A detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
