Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the month-end process, including cost centre analysis, journal preparation, and performance reporting.
- Prepare and present detailed financial performance packs to senior stakeholders.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and insightful analysis.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to improve overall business performance.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance financial systems and develop models for strategic decision-making.
About You:
- Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) with strong management accounting or business partnering experience.
- Proven track record in delivering results within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Advanced Excel skills with experience handling complex data.
- A detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
