I am looking for a passionate Part 1 Architectural Assistant with creative design flare to join a well-established practice in Bury St Edmunds. The friendly team works across Residential, Commercial and leisure projects and pride themselves on providing exceptional customer service.
The successful Part 1 Architectural Assistant will have excellent design skills and the drive to develop and progress their career. You will have good technical abilities and the desire to expand your knowledge.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role or Part 1 Architectural Assistant:
- Must be RIBA Part 1 qualified
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Creative design flare
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Good knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Some industry experience is beneficial
- Must live within a commutable distance of Bury St Edmunds
