Role Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Land Consents Surveyor to join a leading infrastructure and estate management firm. This role will focus on managing land consents within the South West Region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and liaising with contractors on site
  • Strong understanding of landowner and tenant relationships, with a focus on negotiation of land consents and acquisitions
  • Awareness of relevant legislation, including the Electricity Act (1989)
  • Managing land consents, compensation claims, and working with route corridors to find solutions to high-risk areas
  • Supporting your professional development with guidance from your line manager

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • MRICS/AssocRICS or working towards this
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety in estate management
  • Full UK driving licence
