Fulfilment Agent - CDC

Competitive Pay: Earn 24,500 per annum, enhanced rates paid after 37.5 hours per week. Rates are PAYE, 28 days holiday per year which increase with length of service.
Shifts: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm.

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls & inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Deliver excellent service on the phone and email.
- Support and work with the office team in all other aspects of administration as required.
- Maintain office hygiene standards and demonstrate safe working practices.
- Follow and adhere to client policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
Requirements:
- Outstanding customer service
- Computer literate
- Successful candidates require a DBS check.
